Welcome to faci88.org. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the faci88 platform. By opening an account or using the platform, you are considered to have agreed to all of the following Terms.
01 Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use faci88's services, you must meet the following conditions. These requirements are in place to ensure the security and legal compliance of the faci88 platform.
- You must be at least 18 years of age. faci88 strictly prohibits registration by minors.
- You must not be a resident of any region or country where online betting is legally prohibited.
- You must hold your own valid identity document and may not register using another person's identity.
- Each individual may open one account only. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Individuals who have been ordered to abstain from gaming for mental health reasons or by a court order are not permitted to use faci88.
faci88 takes age verification very seriously. Identity documents may be requested at any time if there is cause for suspicion. Accounts registered with false information will be permanently closed and deposits will not be refunded.
02 Account Registration & Management
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering at faci88. All registration details must be your own — the use of false or third-party information will result in immediate account termination.
- You must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and email address at the time of registration.
- Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Your password must not be shared with anyone.
- Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to faci88 support immediately.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if you have not completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
- Faci88 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.
You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited, and faci88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from such activity.
03 Betting Rules
Certain rules must be followed when placing bets on faci88. These rules are in place to keep the faci88 platform fair and impartial. The same rules apply equally to all members.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If the market closes before an event begins, the bet will be automatically cancelled and the stake will be refunded.
- Faci88 is not obligated to pay out winnings from bets placed at abnormal odds resulting from a technical error.
- Placing opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage) is against faci88's rules and may result in account closure.
- If a connection is lost during live betting, the last confirmed bet will be considered final.
- Faci88 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet.
faci88's decision is final in the case of disputed results. Any complaints must be submitted to support within 72 hours of the result being published.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
Financial transactions at faci88 are fully secure and fast. Deposits and withdrawals are easy via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. The following rules apply to all payment transactions.
- The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
- Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. VIP members receive priority processing.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — for example, if you deposited via Mobile Banking, your withdrawal must also go through Mobile Banking.
- Faci88 may conduct additional verification for suspicious transactions, which may delay immediate processing.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Payments will only be processed from an account registered in the member's name.

05 Bonus & Promotion Policy
Faci88 regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed. Always read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.
- The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once per account.
- To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirement (typically 20x–30x).
- A maximum bet limit may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
- Faci88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the promotion period expires.

06 Responsible Gaming Policy
Faci88 believes entertainment should be enjoyable and safe. We encourage members to build healthy gaming habits and have put in place all necessary safeguards to support responsible play.
- Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- A temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) can be set if needed.
- You can deactivate your account for a set period using the self-exclusion feature.
- If signs of gaming addiction are identified, faci88 support will provide information on professional assistance.
- Faci88 strictly enforces age verification to protect minors.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the faci88 platform to maintain its integrity and security. Violations will result in account termination and funds may be forfeited.
- Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
- Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or automated tools.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the faci88 system.
- Attempting to claim bonus benefits by opening multiple accounts.
- Threatening, harassing, or behaving disrespectfully toward other members.
- Gaining an unfair advantage through arbitrage betting or odds manipulation.
- Attempting to complete the KYC process using fake identification documents.
08 Privacy & Data Protection

09 Account Closure & Suspension
Faci88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice under any of the following circumstances.
- Violating any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- If you register with false or incomplete information.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Extended inactivity (over 12 months) — prior notice will be sent by email in such cases.
If you wish to close your account, please contact support. You may withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.
10 Right to Modify Rules
Faci88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance via email or platform notification.
- The effective date of any updated terms will always be clearly stated.
- Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
- If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
